About

Chef David Hollister is renowned for his use of high quality ingredients that produce
dishes with hearty, bold flavors. He is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and honed
his skills as sous chef for the cowboy cook Grady Spears.
Hollister’s recent endeavors have found him working as the corporate chef for
Yucatan Taco Stand and executive chef for Gas Monkey Bar N’ Grill;
he is also the Chef Representative for HeartBrand Beef.
